A £15 deposit is required to secure your Kobido massage appointment. The remaining balance is paid on the day of your treatment.

Your deposit is fully refundable or transferable if you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may result in the deposit being retained, as the appointment slot has been reserved and may not be possible to refill at short notice.

If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
